Frozen doesn't mean that it's lost, it's just protected by ice until you let someone break through
Wake up, wake up, wake up
The time has yet to come for you to sleep
So wake up and defy your fears
Waking up in a train full of frozen people
With my cold hands on someone’s cheek
If here or elsewhere, they don’t care
Nothing will change when I leave
Just empty vessels yet to be filled with determination
Outside the station everyone looks the same
Living life in such a predictable manner
It makes me sick, sick to see them die slowly
Frozen souls in shaped bodies
Formed by inner fears and insecurities
The need to protect themselves from pain
“Do I look good today?”
“Who is she? I’m not good enough!”
“I wish I could be like him”
All the questions taking over in your head
You’re fading in the moment you regret
Regret that you’ve become like this
Rain and tears look the same outside
They don’t understand, they don’t want to
So many flowers protected by the ice
Cold eyes, cold hands, cold minds
Better alone than getting hurt by others
The inner flower which contains it
The beauty which matures within oneself
Everyone can achieve true beauty
If they accept and respect themselves
But most people act based on negative experience
Walls of Ice built up on the past
“I don’t want to cry again”
Whisper the doubts into the cold air where they belong
I touch the face of an empty vessel and it breaks
I could hurt him, he whispers and disappears
Humans are prone if they give up
Patiently I look up to the sun, but it’s hidden behind clouds
I can hear the voices which whispered in the wind
They ignore me, ignore my advice
I’m just a seductive threat who wants to harm their so called peace
They suffocate the fickle flame of hope
“I want to sleep,” I whisper into the cold air
I can’t bear the pain and I don’t want to wilt
Being different is prohibited in this elusive peace
It’s time to sleep and hope to awake in a better world
I enter the train and the speaker says
“Do you wish to come back someday?”
“No, I don’t want to wake up again in this world, farewell”
